FAQ's

Yes, for larger groups there is the possibility to book the Hotel Moosegg exclusively. For this, a minimum consumption of CHF 14,000.00 applies, although it can also vary by arrangement. Please note that the booking of all rooms is mandatory, but these costs are not included in the minimum consumption amount.

At least 10 days before your event, you must let us know which dishes and drinks you would like so that we can inform our suppliers. We will also be happy to help you with the wine selection. Should you wish to bring your own wine, a tap fee of CHF 45/75cl bottle will apply.

We can organize your floral decorations through our partner. If you bring your own decorations, you should inform us in advance. If you want us to arrange the decoration for you, we charge an additional CHF 60.00 per hour for the extra effort.

After 00:00 we charge a flat rate of CHF 300 per hour or part thereof. The event can take place until 02:00 am.

A deposit of 50% of the total cost agreed up to that point is required upon reservation. Cancellation fees vary depending on how far in advance you cancel. Details can be found in our terms and conditions.

Yes, the maximum capacity of our banquet area is limited. Please contact us directly to discuss specific capacities for your desired venue.

We offer a range of technical equipment, including projectors, microphones and speakers. Let us know in advance what you need so we can make sure everything is ready for your event.

Yes, we provide ample parking for our guests. Should you require valet service, please let us know and we can arrange this for an additional fee.
